Terms of Service

Effective date: August 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ceraph ("the Service"), operated by Ike Studios LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ceraph is the @ceraph/react-native-mcp package — a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for agentic testing: your coding agent drives and tests your React Native or Expo app on a connected device or simulator. You install the package in your project, run it from your coding agent, and it reports test results back to that agent.

3. Account and Access

  • The free Starter tier runs local build, run, and device tools and requires no account
  • The Pro tier requires an account; you may sign in with GitHub, Google, or an email magic link
  • To use Pro from your coding agent, you sign in through the package's command-line browser flow, which issues a token the MCP uses to authenticate
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and that token
  • One account per person — sharing credentials is prohibited
  • A Pro purchaser may assign purchased seats to other users, who must each use their own account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to test applications you do not own or have permission to test
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing controls
  • Use Ceraph software, its documentation, machine-readable tool descriptions, or other technical materials as a reference, specification, training source, or validation target to reproduce, emulate, reimplement, or otherwise create Ceraph features or functionality for any purpose, including personal, internal, educational, evaluation, noncommercial, or commercial use
  • Use Ceraph software or those materials to develop, train, improve, validate, or operate a competing product or service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's analysis algorithms
  • Use the Service to generate load or stress against third-party systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Billing and Payment

  • The Starter tier is free and includes local agentic testing and device-control features on a connected device or simulator
  • Pro costs $9 per user per month or $90 per user per year via Stripe and adds agent hooks, PR-quality recordings with structured snapshot and screenshot traces, and live UI styling inspection
  • Each account using a paid Pro subscription requires one paid seat; a billing-only purchaser does not need to occupy a seat. Complimentary Pro accounts are not billed
  • You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code. Ceraph does not claim ownership of your application, test artifacts, or test analysis generated from your code. The Service itself, including its algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Ike Studios LLC.

You may use documented Ceraph extension points for project-owned hooks, configuration, test fixtures, and artifacts that test your own application. That permission does not allow Ceraph materials to be used as a blueprint for recreating Ceraph features or functionality.

Installation, access, and use of the Ceraph software are governed by the complete Ceraph Software License Agreement.

The package builds, runs, and drives your app locally on your own device or simulator. Authenticated Pro code-aware planning may send a bounded set of relevant React Native source files and app configuration to Ceraph for temporary, user-scoped caching. App binaries, test credentials and data, camera media, recordings, screenshots, and structured UI snapshots remain local, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion. Account deletion removes your subscription and Pro seat assignments; cached project source and configuration follow the retention rules in our Privacy Policy, and payment processors may retain transaction records when legally required. Anything the package created on your machine — including screenshots and recorded-run evidence — stays local and is yours to delete.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ceraph is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed bugs that Ceraph did not detect, changes the Service makes to your connected device or simulator during a test run, or downtime of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
