Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ceraph ("the Service"), operated by Ike Studios LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ceraph is the @ceraph/react-native-mcp package — a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for agentic testing: your coding agent drives and tests your React Native or Expo app on a connected device or simulator. You install the package in your project, run it from your coding agent, and it reports test results back to that agent.

3. Account and Access

• The free Starter tier runs local build, run, and device tools and requires no account
• The Pro tier requires an account; you may sign in with GitHub, Google, or an email magic link
• To use Pro from your coding agent, you sign in through the package's command-line browser flow, which issues a token the MCP uses to authenticate
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and that token
• One account per person — sharing credentials is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to test applications you do not own or have permission to test
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's analysis algorithms
• Use the Service to generate load or stress against third-party systems
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Billing and Payment

• The Starter tier is free and includes local build, run, and device tools but no agentic flow testing
• Pro is billed monthly via Stripe and unlocks agentic flow testing on a connected device or simulator
• You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your code. Ceraph does not claim ownership of your application, test artifacts, or test analysis generated from your code. The Service itself, including its algorithms, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Ike Studios LLC.

Your source code never leaves your machine. The package runs locally and drives your app on your own device or simulator; our servers only ever receive your account and authentication token and your subscription tier — never your source code, your app, or your test data, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion. Because Ceraph stores no source code, screenshots, or test data on our servers, account deletion removes your account and billing records; anything the package created on your machine — screenshots, provisioned test-user credentials — stays local and is yours to delete.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ceraph is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed bugs that Ceraph did not detect, changes the Service makes to your connected device or simulator during a test run, or downtime of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
